美国职业移民EB-1B要求：

EB-1B的申请不需要劳工证，但是在进行这项申请时，未来雇主(如大学或其它研究机构)必须提供具体的工作职位，并在I-140申请中作为申请人。
3.EB-1C，跨国公司，把国际公司的内部人员调动过去，过去三年中有一年在中国公司担任高级行政主管或经理职务，有了相应的业务需要，把他从中国公司调到美国公司上班，这就属于EB-1C类。
美国职业移民EB-1C要：
a.在过去的三年中，受益人必须在美国雇主的海外机构(如母公司、子公司或者分公司)工作过至少一年，而且他/她必须在美国从事经理/管理工作;
b.雇主必须在美国境内及美国以外的国家进行业务运营，提供经常，连续，系统的商品和服务;
c.雇主必须在美国已经存在至少一年。
