豁免LMIA对申请加拿大工作许可有什么好处呢？

在大多数情况下，希望雇用外籍员工的加拿大雇主需要证明，在加拿大当地找不到加拿大公民或永久居民可以履行这项工作的职责，因此需要外籍员工来填补职位空缺，这一过程被记录为劳动力市场影响评估（LMIA）。如果能够豁免LMIA，在申请加拿大工作许可时，雇主可以无需证明此项；不仅节约了申请时间，还大大增加了申请成功的可能性。

从这项加拿大移民新政策我们能看出，加拿大越来越认识到雇用外国工人为本国居民创造和维持巨大的经济利益的重要性。
